1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the online store wenaxori.com. The store is operated by Hansecore UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Haidbrook 71, 22880 Wedel, Germany, registered in the Commercial Register of Amtsgericht Pinneberg under HRB 19991 PI ("Wenaxori", "we", "us", "our").

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Different or conflicting terms of the customer will not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

3. Our Products

Wenaxori offers home decor essentials such as cushion covers, framed wall art, scented candles, knit throw blankets, ceramic vases and doormats. Product images are meant to show the item as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, texture or pattern can occur due to screen settings and the natural character of materials such as ceramic, wax and textiles. These differences do not count as a defect.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The products shown in our store are not a binding offer but an invitation for you to place an order.

When you click the "Buy now" button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. Before submitting, you can review and correct all details of your order.

After you place your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it. This email is not yet an acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded when we send you a separate order or shipping confirmation, or when we ship the goods.

The contract language is English. We save the text of the contract and send you the order details by email. You can also view these Terms at any time on our website.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include the statutory German value added tax. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately during checkout before you place your order.

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. If you choose a payment method provided by a third party, that provider's terms also apply to the payment.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Germany only. Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment you have already made.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details and the model withdrawal form can be found in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@wenaxori.com, ideally with a short description and a photo, so that we can help you quickly. Your statutory rights are not affected if you do not do this.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you can regularly rely. In that case, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

11. Use of the Website

You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, to send spam or malicious code, to collect other people's data, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website. All content on this website, including texts, images and graphics, belongs to Wenaxori or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a concern, please contact us directly at info@wenaxori.com and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove the protection given to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
