When you place an order, create an account, sign up for our newsletter or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This includes your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order details and the content of your messages.
Payment data
Payments are processed by our payment service providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the payment method used, but we do not store your full card or bank details.
Data collected automatically
When you visit our website, technical data is collected, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. An approximate location may be derived from your IP address.
3. Why We Use Your Data and Our Legal Basis
To process and deliver your order, handle payments, returns and customer service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep accounting and tax records as required by law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To keep our website secure and running smoothly and to prevent fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To send product recommendations by email to existing customers for similar products. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 7(3) UWG). You can object to this at any time, and every email contains an unsubscribe link.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We only share your data where it is necessary. This includes:
Shipping companies, which receive your name and delivery address so they can deliver your parcel. If you agree, they may also receive your email address or phone number to notify you about delivery.
