Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within Germany only.

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping
Cost: free of charge
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping
Cost: 2.95 EUR
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Your parcel is insured for its full value while in transit.

All prices include German VAT. There are no customs duties or extra fees, as all orders are shipped within Germany.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are counted from the day your order is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. During busy periods such as holidays and sales, or due to delays at the shipping company, deliveries can take a little longer. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Changes to Your Order

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee changes.

Damaged Parcels

Many of our products, such as ceramic vases, candles and framed prints, are fragile, so we pack them with care. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please make a note of it with the delivery driver if possible, take a photo and contact us at info@wenaxori.com. This helps us resolve the issue with the shipping company quickly. Your statutory rights are not affected if you do not do this.
